OpenClaw is my private, non-commercial personal software project — a personal assistant for managing my own personal productivity, including Google Calendar — used solely by me. These Terms govern this specific instance.
This instance of OpenClaw is operated by ("I", "me", "my").
This instance of OpenClaw is operated solely for my own personal use. It is not offered, marketed, or made available to the public — there is no sign-up flow, no pricing, and no support commitment for third parties. If you are not me, this instance is not intended for your use.
OpenClaw connects to third-party services I authorize — such as Google Calendar — to help me view and manage my own information through natural-language requests. It acts only within the permissions I grant it.
To use calendar-related features, I connect my Google account via Google's OAuth sign-in and grant OpenClaw specific permissions, reviewed and approved on Google's consent screen. I can revoke access at any time from the Google Account permissions page; revoking access may limit or disable calendar-related functionality.
OpenClaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. There is no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calendar action will be completed exactly as intended.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to this instance of OpenClaw.
This instance is provided on an as-is, as-available basis, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of , without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
